MAC vs PC rivalry.

One of the big problems that are making people buy MACs is their commercials. In their commercials, they keep telling lies about PC. I am very experienced with computers and i’ve noticed the way MAC is trying to sell. They try to show that they are better than PC by telling lies on PC weaknesses. In my opinion if MAC cannot sell without dissing its rival PC, than they should not even have commercials made.

People ask themselves what should they buy a mac or a pc. MACs are way more expensive so if you want to spend a lot of money on an average MAC go ahead but you can always pay half less and get a good PC. There are many companies that sell PCs. HP, Dell, Sony……. .From a spending point, i would personally buy a PC.

MAC vs PC program

Today, i will be talking about the programs compatibility on the PC and MACs. Programs like Microsoft word, MediaPlayer, antiviruses are very useful programs that are mandatory when owning a computer. There’s one problem with that and it’s that those superb programs do not work on the MACs. When those programs are downloaded on the MAC, they will download and when your about to pen it up, only scripts will appear and nothing could be used. The MAC has its special programs that are expensive and hard to use. All the programs that are not MAC which means the majority of them, work on the PC. This is a major difference in the making and shows that PCs are better.

PC vs MAC music player

The MAC is known for Itunes the best music program that works as an internet music provider, a music updater and it stores a limitless amount of music.  Itunes works on the PC and it gained a lot of popularity so Bill Gates didn’t want it to  outsell Windows, so he came up with a program that outmatches Itunes and its called Mediasmart. It can do everything Itunes can and it has some really good additions like making your own party list, the different view modes and so on.

MAC vs PCs

I chose the following topic because i hate MACs with a passion and everytime i see a MAC user, i want to argue with them and let them know why PCs are better. There are many reasons that i could think that will prove to everyone why PCs are better. I think MAC users are ignorant and are clueless about computers. I think that they just pick MACs because they are more expensive so they think they function better and the MAC commercials show false advertising.

PCs are way better than MACs due to many different reasons and today i will be talking about the gaming on them. All computer games are compatible with PCs and most of the games out in the market are for PC. MAC doesn’t have a lot of compatible games due to the fact that it’s not known as a gaming computer. Many MAC users that want to spend some time having fun and game on their PC will be disappointed because of the rarity of finding compatible games. MAC users will have to go out of their way and search for specific stores that sell those games.

What? Miami’s not Hawaii.

Before i came to Miami, I had many different thoughts about it. My view was very different than my current one. I knew that Miami was in the middle of nowhere just like Hawaii. Miami is really nice; it’s a very nice spot in the middle of a farm land. The appearance is made to attract students due to the fact that the location of Miami is really bad. I was really excited to attend Miami just like everyone is excited to go to Hawaii. Miami has a very good reputation that is build around their education and the student help. It is very logical for me to attend Miami due to all the reasons and especially that it’s a very good business college. Life looked great with all the people being happy but i knew that there wasn’t going to be a lot of diversity at Miami even if there are a lot of people from different places.

Barrett Jackson

Barrett Jackson is a college student from Indiana. His whole family is located there including his old friends. He attended Middle School and High School there. Barrett is a big sports and car fan and ironically; his name matches a car show company. He sadly likes the Indiana Pacers and New York Jets which aren’t really good teams. Barrett currently lives in Ohio in order to attend Miami University. He’s rooming in Mcfarland hall on North quad and his hall has a big rivalry with Brandon. Barrett has a lot of spirit so he chose the Redhawk Traditions LLC. He attends every sporting event and cheers for the Redhawks. He went to the football game against Kentucky with body paint but sadly, we lost badly. he plays intermeral broomball and dodgeball.

My roommate.

The first time i met my roommate was 5 years ago during the summer. I desperatly needed  a ride to my basketball game, so i called Aaron to pick me up. He gladly accepted and on top of that he was really nice. when he picked me up, he was really welcoming and the smile he gave me made me feel welcomed. I was very happy that i met him and i knew that our friendship will grow from that moment. Both of us were tall and we like basketball. The more we talked, the more similarities we found. We like the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and we love gaming. When Aaron dropped me off, i told him that we should hang out more and he agreed. From than on, we stayed friends and now we’re roommates.

The more we talked, the more similarities we found. Usually people don’t have as many things in common as Aaron and i do. We both listen to the Red Hot Chilli Pepper and Dave Matthews Band. We both have the same taste in video games which is really convenient when we are together in the dorm. The most important similarity that will keep roommates for the upcoming years is our open mindeness. We are always positive and ready to sacrifice to make our life at Miami work.
